Malware authors often employ this methodology to make their malware and payloads more difficult to detect and analyze.</p><p>This talk will dive into the fundamentals of obfuscation, encryption, and get down and dirty with deobfuscating some funny and some downright bizarre advanced persistent threat (APT) examples discovered by Anomali researchers.
