Stewart Grierson has over 20 years of financial and operational experience working with high growth private and public technology companies. He was the CFO of ArcSight Inc., leading their successful IPO in 2008, and ultimate sale to HP for $1.75 billion in 2010. Prior to ArcSight, Stewart was VP and Corporate Controller at ONI Systems and a key member of the IPO team. More recently Stewart was CFO and SVP Operations at Coraid, a data storage company. Stewart started his career with KPMG LLP. He holds a BA in Economics from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant.
